Dog Shock Collars I’m not certain about who the person is that thought up the idea that a pet should wear a collar with light bulbs that illuminate like a Christmas tree around your pets neck. I realize the lighted dog collar started as a measure for safety, but out in the yard in the dark of night, particularly on a dog that is black, a lighted pet collar might be a highly amusing scene. |
